SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, using Australia Post, standard delivery service.

Orders under $100 will cost $12 to post

Orders values that are $100 or more are given FREE shipping

We offer FREE local pick up from My Tanning Lady in Drummoyne, Sydney.

If you choose local pick up, you will be contacted via email or text once your order is ready to be picked up.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days and tracking will be sent to your email address.

Your order will usually take 2-8 business days for same state (NSW) and 3-8 days for interstate. 

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

RETURNS

We understand that things don't always work out.

If you need to return an item, we can offer you a refund, exchange or store credit providing the item is unused and still in it’s packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@bodyglowaustralia.com with photos and we can arrange an exchange, refund, or store credit.
