If you need to return an item, we can offer you a refund, exchange or store credit providing the item is unused and still in it’s original and unopened packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@bodyglowaustralia.com with photos so we can arrange an exchange, refund, or store credit.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, using Australia Post, standard delivery service.

All orders are sent on weekdays and tracking will be sent to your email address.

Orders under $100 will cost $12 to post

Orders values that are $100 or more receive FREE shipping

We also offer free local pick up from My Tanning Lady in Drummoyne, Sydney.

If you choose local pick up, you will be contacted via email or text once your order is ready to be picked up.
